FAQs

  • Studio rentals start at $1,000 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. Full day rate: 10 hours. Load-in rates vary on additional time/days in the space.

  • We’re passionate about social-mission driven causes and organizations. We offer nonprofit studio rentals at a 10% discount.

  • All reservations cancelled 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund, inclusive of all fees. Any cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund, excluding all fees. All cancellations less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

  • Use our inquiry form to submit a reservation request. We’ll respond to your inquiry within 3-5 business days.

  • Four One Nine can accommodate intimate groups and large parties. Please contact us to discuss the specifics of your guest list.

  • Absolutely. We welcome vendors of all types and can provide a list of our favorites if helpful.

  • There’s street parking available at all hours. After 8:30 pm, there's an hourly parking lot across the street.
